Shipping policy

We are happy you have placed your order. So here is a bit about  our shipping and production.

We are a made to order business. Being eco-friendly each item is made the moment you place your order. So please allow us time to make it perfect. Production is about 2-5 business days, if we need more time we will contact you to discuss details. 

Once your item is complete we will ship it using the shipping carrier you have chose at checkout. We will then email you with your tracking info. When you receive that email we recommend you save this email so you can keep track on when your item is arriving. Shipping time frames do not come into motion until the carrier updates their system so please view the carriers delivery timeframe for this info.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item has been given to the carrier. But if you are having an issue with your package we will try to assist as best as we can.
