RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Case-by-Case Basis: We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, understanding that each situation may be unique. Our philosophy is to deal with returns and exchanges fairly and with the goal of achieving reasonable results.

  3. Refunds: We apply refunds to the original tender with which the returned items were purchased. Our commitment is to deal with returns and exchanges fairly and reasonably.

  4. Timeframe: We allow 15 days for returns/exchanges if the goods are not to your satisfaction. All original tags should be on the garments, and the items should be free from odors and stains.

  5. Shipping Refunds: Shipping refunds are the responsibility of the customers. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  6. Initiating Returns/Exchanges: If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please email us at onlymanifestgreatness@gmail.com. Provide your reason for the return/exchange, and we will provide you with the necessary return shipping address.
